Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jan-Kenneth Øglænd started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Douglas Fowler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Luis Andino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. FC Pladask's Douglas Fowler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play. Douglas Fowler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pladask's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Søren Skålevik kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pladask's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Fowler came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erik Bratli hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Luis Andino scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Douglas Fowler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pladask's goalkeeper Douglas Fowler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Pladask's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Fowler, making the score, 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Felix Montenegro could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Douglas Fowler however easily saved by the left post. A well-hit corner resulted in Luis Andino heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Douglas Fowler firmly grabbed it by the left post. 76 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Douglas Fowler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Fowler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 80th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Douglas Fowler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Douglas Fowler made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Douglas Fowler narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
