Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) De Kasteelheren's Inácio Amaral started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Amaral in the 3rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of De Kasteelheren's Fokke Meijeringh. Fokke Meijeringh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice moves Mariano Lacasa could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Fokke Meijeringh however easily saved by the left post. Inácio Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute of the match Chile got a corner. De Kasteelheren's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Inácio Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. De Kasteelheren's Fokke Meijeringh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save De Kasteelheren from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, De Kasteelheren's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Fokke Meijeringh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Francisco Carballar hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Inácio Amaral put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Thiago Pliego. Inácio Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, De Kasteelheren's goalkeeper Fokke Meijeringh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 46 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdi Vorenkamp came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Chile's Mariano Lacasa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fokke Meijeringh in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 56 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fokke Meijeringh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fokke Meijeringh saved De Kasteelheren from getting behind. Fokke Meijeringh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Inácio Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the De Kasteelheren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Amaral couldn't finish the play. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fokke Meijeringh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Fokke Meijeringh came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fokke Meijeringh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Anthony Hillen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. The supporters of Chile booed when De Kasteelheren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harold Rodenboog didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Inácio Amaral sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, De Kasteelheren's Inácio Amaral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chile had won after a very even match.
