Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. The Liden FF fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Liden FF's Marcu Vlas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marcu Vlas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Vlas in the 10th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute Felix Vennersten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. When Felix Vennersten came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Liden FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Vennersten couldn't finish the play. Edvard Sundberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liden FF's Sven-Ove Eliasson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Felix Vennersten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 38 minutes, Marcu Vlas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Liden FF and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Marcu Vlas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvard Sundberg hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Sven-Ove Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Felix Vennersten made the kick off in the second half. Göran Finman's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göran Finman helped the player get up and apologised. Marcu Vlas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Ove Eliasson having to make a save. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. After having played for 73 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felix Vennersten during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felix Vennersten kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Liden FF's Sven-Ove Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 82nd minute of play. When Jose Correa fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jose Correa a yellow card for diving instead. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Vidar Vikström came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Liden FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidar Vikström couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Sven-Ove Eliasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. When the match was over Liden FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Venezuela throughout the match.
