Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, UFC Veseud's Dinu Cănănău got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cántaro Viladrosa in the 8th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cántaro Viladrosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. UFC Veseud's supporters rose to their feet, but Cántaro Viladrosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Eliodor Durbacă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Cántaro Viladrosa came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Dinamite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Mariano during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! Robert Dinamite struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UFC Veseud. 41 minutes into the game, Robert Dinamite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. UFC Veseud's Jörgen Skoog suffered a concussion in the 46th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robert Dinamite to make the kick off. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Robert Dinamite's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Robert Dinamite got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-3. Dinu Cănănău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute of play. When Meziane Rimitti fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UFC Veseud's protests and gave Meziane Rimitti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th match minute, UFC Veseud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Meziane Rimitti to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 66 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dinamite in the 69th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Durbacă in the 71st minute of the match. Dinu Cănănău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 73rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Dinamite, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Eliodor Durbacă hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Dinu Cănănău tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Dinamite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute.
