Axel Montenegro hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, La Mandarina Mecánica's Marcos Abad got a free kick in the 6th minute. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fjölnir Bergsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fjölnir Bergsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Fjölnir Bergsson scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Naike Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naike Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naike Abalos was a little too slow when Abram Sarmiento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-1. 23 minutes in the game John Abancens did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Klement Gdowski. La Mandarina Mecánica's Naike Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 25th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, La Mandarina Mecánica's Arnaldo Colas made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abram Sarmiento in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Naike Abalos saved La Mandarina Mecánica from getting behind. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Abram Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naike Abalos was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Leimann in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Pascual Carballar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Mandarina Mecánica were winning 1-2.

Naike Abalos came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 57th minute Fjölnir Bergsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fjölnir Bergsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 70th minute of play forced La Mandarina Mecánica's goalkeeper Naike Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Fjölnir Bergsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naike Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Naike Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 77th minute of the match. Naike Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 82nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Fjölnir Bergsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Pedro Manzanares to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Abancens during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
