Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Holloway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Staffordshire Terrier FC's 邱雄霆 seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed 邱雄霆 the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Staffordshire Terrier FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and 邱雄霆 had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Clive Holloway had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Zorita's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Matt Sullivan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Clive Holloway. Clive Holloway didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play. Clive Holloway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Brice Gamble got a free kick in the 29th minute. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Matt Sullivan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clive Holloway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Staffordshire Terrier FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Clive Holloway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Staffordshire Terrier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pepe Guardiola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 58th minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Staffordshire Terrier FC from getting a goal against them. Clive Holloway made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 64th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clive Holloway made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 75 minutes in the game Camilo Gisbert did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cristian Sancho. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Jay Flack was substituted for Ferdinando Braccia. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Staffordshire Terrier FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Staffordshire Terrier FC's Clive Holloway managed to reach the ball for a save. 84 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Clive Holloway had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Jonathan Gervaso hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 89th minute, Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clive Holloway having to interfere. Clive Holloway was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristian Sancho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 96 minute of play.
