After a rather tough play, Colombia's Luis Cazalla got a free kick in the 5th minute. Otto Tenno hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Maurício Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 10th minute of play. Maurício Bomba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, AC LeX Luthor's Peep Pronk dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. A collision led to AC LeX Luthor getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Pancho Branca hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Peep Pronk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peep Pronk in the 25th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Peep Pronk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peep Pronk really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Peep Pronk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peep Pronk got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peep Pronk in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Maurício Bomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peep Pronk. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. Silvestre Semeno hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Abram Sarmiento kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maurício Bomba. That made the score 3-1 in the 56 minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, AC LeX Luthor's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Maurício Bomba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Alvaro Errando replaced Peep Pronk. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Zeledon Savion replaced Pancho Branca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 69th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Savion scored 6-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Savion, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 94th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Abram Secada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurício Bomba was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. AC LeX Luthor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
