After some careless play in the EB Specjal Gdansk defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincenty Sikola. The EB Specjal Gdansk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincenty Sikola should have stopped the shot. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Kossakowski in the 46th minute of play.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincenty Sikola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wincent Chmielecki made in the 53rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Szymon Paciuszko. In the 57th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Sikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wincenty Sikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 58th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Samuel Navarro in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by EB Specjal Gdansk's Emil Kullander. When Luis Cazalla came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet.
