Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Julian Murillo made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurício Bomba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maurício Bomba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 8th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Bomba saved AC LeX Luthor from getting behind. A collision led to AC LeX Luthor getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Mario Yepes hit a great ball. Maurício Bomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 16th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurício Bomba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Maurício Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 24th minute of play. Julian Murillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Bomba having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AC LeX Luthor's Best Ibland got a free kick in the 38th minute. After 42 minutes, Emmanuel Reyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peru and the AC LeX Luthor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of AC LeX Luthor booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luz Tejedor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peep Pronk was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurício Bomba made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Emmanuel Reyes made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. In the 70th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A very nice done corner allowed Alonso Berganza to score against Maurício Bomba in AC LeX Luthor's goal. 1-2 after 79 minutes. In the 82nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, Alvaro Errando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Bomba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC LeX Luthor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eliseo Mina was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Peru were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
