Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Karlsborg's Joel Classon. But to his dismay, Joel Classon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Axel Tasis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Aron Vikström made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 10th minute of play forced Karlsborg's goalkeeper Aron Vikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aron Vikström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Norberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes of play, Karlsborg's Hans Norberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute of the match, Lautaro Puig got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aron Vikström was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aron Vikström came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Rica's Axel Tasis. But to his dismay, Axel Tasis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Classon went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Leonardo Skarkman charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonardo Skarkman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Karlsborg's Leonardo Skarkman got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Karlsborg booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Classon made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Lautaro Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Joel Classon took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Villiam Andersson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Juan Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Juan Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Hans Norberg lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Benito Sanz. Aaron Alcocer hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Aron Vikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 72nd minute of the match. When Eliseo Noboa fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Eliseo Noboa a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Classon, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Axel Tasis took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aron Vikström. Aron Vikström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Axel Tasis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aron Vikström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Karlsborg got a freekick which was hit by Hans Norberg. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Karlsborg's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Aron Vikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
