Remigio Ihazintu made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Jose Manzanedo. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Orlando Casaus put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jelmer Waard. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Yakut Tekdoğan made a great header on Blackeagle's corner, it was just that Chile's Thiago Pliego managed to reach the ball for a save. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ading Tauhid in the 73rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ading Tauhid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ading Tauhid, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blackeagle's Jelmer Waard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ading Tauhid might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ading Tauhid ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ading Tauhid sent off a good shot on target. Remigio Ihazintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blackeagle's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
