After a defensive mix-up in violeta's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Tieri came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Pennetta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florian Tieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, violeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 钱旭建 to maneuver through the defense. Florian Tieri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. violeta's Florian Tieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, violeta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Barone to maneuver through the defense. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Florian Tieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Florian Tieri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo De Laurentiis in the 62nd minute of the match. Alfredo De Laurentiis scored 1-4 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Concetto De Zorzi during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to violeta getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Concetto De Zorzi hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Florian Tieri however easily saved by the left post. 92 minutes into the game, violeta's Alfredo De Laurentiis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5.
