In the 4th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cahya Latuconsina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Cahya Latuconsina successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 8th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Peru's Joaquin Prats was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cahya Latuconsina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cahya Latuconsina was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 11th match minute, 9 Lurah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüknettin Toygar to maneuver through the defense. Zbigniew Wiater's late challenge caught a Peru's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbigniew Wiater helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Peru booed when 9 Lurah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbigniew Wiater didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Peru's Milagros Fraga got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Rüknettin Toygar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Rüknettin Toygar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Moises Gayoso in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 9 Lurah's Kader Bekas. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüknettin Toygar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Rüknettin Toygar came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rüknettin Toygar in the 43rd minute of play. Milagros Fraga hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rüknettin Toygar to make the kick off. Luz Tejedor struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Cahya Latuconsina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. 9 Lurah made a substitution. Surat Cinta replaced Kader Bekas. Qiu Yi Sang charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Qiu Yi Sang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cahya Latuconsina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Cahya Latuconsina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute of play. Peru were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of 9 Lurah for a fine match.
