Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Peter Sparks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Peter Sparks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilário Meira got in the 16th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Marcos Cotilla handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sparks having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Sebastián Coates's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Felipe Ros's late challenge caught a Miradeses FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felipe Ros helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilário Meira in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Miradeses FC's Peter Sparks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play. Alex Cambeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abraham Alguacil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peter Sparks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Miradeses FC's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Sparks came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Cambeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teo De Jong made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Miradeses FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Peter Sparks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Panama booed when Miradeses FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almiro Amaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Berganza in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Sparks saved Miradeses FC from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Tomas Berganza made a precise shot to the right of Peter Sparks. Miradeses FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Sparks made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Teo De Jong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Miradeses FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almiro Amaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Teo De Jong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Teo De Jong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Sparks having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Panama walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
