Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentín Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute, Gerson de Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteban Carvallo made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christian Sancho however managed to control. In the 19th minute, Jacinto de Lara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PIRATAS TFP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Jacinto de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Jacinto de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto de Lara came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto de Lara's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Honduras's attentive Valentín Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Muhammad Lim made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. The throw-in from Muhammad Lim in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Valentín Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentín Carvallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto de Lara in the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto de Lara to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Jacinto de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Jacinto de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 52 minutes into the match, Jacinto de Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto de Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Gerson de Barros hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Muhammad Lim in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. The audience was convinced that Jacinto de Lara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. The PIRATAS TFP fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto de Lara in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Christian Sancho hit a great ball. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clemente Pires was slow to take the kick. During this time PIRATAS TFP's players had a chance to rest. 85 minutes into the match, Jacinto de Lara notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valentín Carvallo was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Valentín Carvallo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Jacinto de Lara struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PIRATAS TFP. PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PIRATAS TFP fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
