The crowd rose to their feet as LIVERPOOL FC's Mehmet Anıl Nusrettin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 3-1 after 39 minutes of play. Qian Ying Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Svetlan Voynski was slow to take the kick. During this time LIVERPOOL FC's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Liu Zhi Zheng at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Ecuador. 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Qian Ying Lang didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, LIVERPOOL FC's Qian Ying Lang got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line.
