The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal. Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Milagros Cabal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Gülce Leyla's Deniz Baran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After having played for 85 minutes, Gunther Stub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gülce Leyla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunther Stub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gülce Leyla booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milagros Cabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
