The tension between the AB Tårnby and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when AB Tårnby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Tiede didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Tiede in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaf Tiede in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kenn Fronval showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Karsten Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenn Fronval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Tiede blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. In the 63rd match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillip Pallisø to maneuver through the defense.
