When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rüknettin Toygar was the one to do the kick off. Cahya Latuconsina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to 9 Lurah getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Hadi Zamani replaced Rüknettin Toygar. After a defensive mix-up in 9 Lurah's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cahya Latuconsina came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to 9 Lurah getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Zbigniew Wiater hit a great ball. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. 90 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Hadi Zamani came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vural Nazım hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Eliseo Mina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cahya Latuconsina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cahya Latuconsina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 95th minute of the match.
