Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Mexico booed when Elegance Dijon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thierry Agnel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Minaud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Christian Minaud scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 1-0. Christian Minaud took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. With 30 minutes on the clock, Lorenzo Cazalla commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 30th minute, one of Mexico:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mexico. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 36 minutes into the game, Elegance Dijon's Fabien Cantin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Agnel, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After 44 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lautaro Mancebo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stéphane Gaudy in the 53rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Dave Rinaldi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 56th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Elegance Dijon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. 59 minutes into the game, Luca Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dave Rinaldi. Luca Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. 61 minutes into the game, Thierry Agnel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elegance Dijon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. After a rather tough play, Elegance Dijon's Thierry Agnel got a free kick in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Elegance Dijon's goalkeeper Dave Rinaldi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Rinaldi having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Minaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Dave Rinaldi made a huge save. Luca Zorita scored 3-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Rinaldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dave Rinaldi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stéphane Gaudy in the 85th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dave Rinaldi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head.
