Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dave Rinaldi made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. The Elegance Dijon supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
