After having played for 7 minutes, David Blaine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinhote FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Blaine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Holger Siöberg in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joacim First. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. With 19 minutes on the clock, Camilo Gaos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Sílvio Luís Ceresso:s penalty. A collision led to Pinhote FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. David Blaine hit a great ball. After 27 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. David Blaine took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhote FC's Holger Siöberg. But to his dismay, Holger Siöberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Guo Ming received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Guo Ming slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Holger Siöberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 42 minutes, Guo Ming managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinhote FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guo Ming was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Holger Siöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Holger Siöberg in the 47th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Patricio Costa made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Venegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim First having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Alex Chicote charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Chicote the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Pinhote FC. Sílvio Luís Ceresso stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 4-0. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the match Pinhote FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Loco Martin ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Loco Martin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhote FC's Holger Siöberg. But to his dismay, Holger Siöberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhote FC's Kang Ning Yu. But to his dismay, Kang Ning Yu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Pinhote FC's Sílvio Luís Ceresso got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Holger Siöberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute Holger Siöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Blaine's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Blaine helped the player get up and apologised. After 95 minutes, Rigoberto Mina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Pinhote FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 96 minutes, Holger Siöberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pinhote FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Holger Siöberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Blaine got his second yellow card in the match during the 98th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 98 played minutes Pinhote FC got a freekick which was hit by David Blaine.
