None of the them looked very eager to play. 康雄霆 started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nurkan Beycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nurkan Beycan made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the match, 康雄霆 notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Peru's Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, Luz Tejedor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 康雄霆 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 康雄霆, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Emmanuel Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that 康雄霆's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 康雄霆 in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. The supporters of Peru booed when XL-Azrail Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Onuralp Tun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Onuralp Tun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to XL-Azrail Team getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Abdulvahit Erencan hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nurkan Beycan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peru were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after XL-Azrail Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Julian Murillo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Fatih-Sultan Tekke sent off a good shot on target. After 83 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Anthony Alvarado. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Wieland Wipp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Peru's Rafael Gallo got a free kick in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Christiano Teixeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. XL-Azrail Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. After 92 played minutes XL-Azrail Team got a freekick which was hit by Christiano Teixeira. Peru's Eliseo Mina couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for XL-Azrail Team. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
