Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Petruț Aplugăriței started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosmin Chindriș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of I.S. Campia Turzii booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Dragota in the 7th minute of play. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Petruț Aplugăriței scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 1-0. I.S. Campia Turzii's Cosmin Chindriș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of play. The corner ended in Luis Andino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but I.S. Campia Turzii's Cosmin Chindriș did a great save. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after I.S. Campia Turzii's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Cosmin Chindriș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosmin Chindriș was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Dragota in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind I.S. Campia Turzii's goalkeeper Cosmin Chindriș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by I.S. Campia Turzii's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Cosmin Chindriș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Adam Dragota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Panait Baniu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 45 minutes into the match, I.S. Campia Turzii's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cosmin Chindriș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adam Dragota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cosmin Chindriș. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Petruț Aplugăriței managed to get in a good position for a shot. I.S. Campia Turzii's supporters rose to their feet, but Petruț Aplugăriței was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when I.S. Campia Turzii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Aplugăriței didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panait Baniu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosmin Chindriș having to interfere. The supporters of I.S. Campia Turzii booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, I.S. Campia Turzii's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Cosmin Chindriș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cosmin Chindriș came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Paul Şiman took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
