Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Julio Faro started the match with the kick off. Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 7th minute of play. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Feliberto Soter sent off a good shot on target. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Silvano Bazil scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 1-0. Silvano Bazil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Eigtheenstars 2's Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silvano Bazil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 33rd minute, Bartosz Przybyciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35thth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eigtheenstars 2's Ignacio Valery was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With splendid footwork Julio Faro arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. Julio Faro took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Niguel Abasolo fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eigtheenstars 2's protests and gave Niguel Abasolo a yellow card for diving instead. After 54 played minutes Eigtheenstars 2 got a freekick which was hit by Niguel Abasolo. Julio Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Bazil in the 64th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eigtheenstars 2 made a substitution. Mauro Caruso replaced Julio Faro. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niguel Abasolo in the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. In the 75th minute Silvano Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Eigtheenstars 2 made a substitution. Placido Etxahun replaced Feliberto Soter. After 77 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. During the 82nd minute of the match Aaron Alcocer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Aaron Alcocer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Bazil in the 90th minute of play. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the match, Placido Etxahun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Etxahun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Eigtheenstars 2 had played much better football throughout.
