Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gerard Moreno made the kick off in the second half. Olle Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 52nd minute of play. If Gerard Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Biörkquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerard Moreno in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. In the 65th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Alberto Gisbert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 71 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Moreno came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Seco scored 3-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olle Biörkquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute Alberto Gisbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Gerard Moreno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 3-3. 90 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Tuve fc's Olle Biörkquist. Olle Biörkquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Tuve fc's Boris Haeger seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Boris Haeger the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tuve fc protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Boris Haeger had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 94th minute, Boris Haeger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuve fc's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
