Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vincent Tieleman kicked off to start the match. Andy Olfers came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Andy Olfers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 13 minutes Rondo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Rondo's Ben Brandsma got a free kick in the 19th minute. Andy Olfers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 24 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. In the 28th minute, Felix Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Andy Olfers. Rondo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 31st minute, Bill Visser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Vincent Tieleman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Andy Olfers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Tieleman came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. When Joost Vorenkamp fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondo's protests and gave Joost Vorenkamp a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Rondo got a freekick which was hit by Joost Vorenkamp. Rondo's Andy Olfers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Rondo from getting a goal against them. Joost Vorenkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Tieleman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rondo's Andy Olfers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rondo's Andre Hollander got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andy Olfers. The goal made the score 1-3. Ben Brandsma kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Olfers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andy Olfers made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
