Arotza Dobarral hit a great ball. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute of play. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Hipolito Ponce scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Guillermo Mariano with Tomas Illescas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Loreto Palanques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. The audience was convinced that Hipolito Ponce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Ponce in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. AlmaToran's Arotza Dobarral couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Venezuela. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hipolito Ponce. AlmaToran's Loreto Palanques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 41st minute of play. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Ponce in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of AlmaToran booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Hipolito Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Hipolito Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hipolito Ponce in the 62nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of AlmaToran booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Hipolito Ponce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AlmaToran's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Ponce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loreto Palanques having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Hipolito Ponce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Hipolito Ponce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Arotza Dobarral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AlmaToran fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arotza Dobarral in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Ponce in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 86th minute Arotza Dobarral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Loreto Palanques made a huge save. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Guillermo Mariano in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AlmaToran's Lope Lortia. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Ponce in the 92nd minute of the match.
