Cassius Byrne ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Cassius Byrne fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nurkan Beycan quite easily take care of the ball. Nurkan Beycan made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. XL-Azrail Team's Nurkan Beycan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 21st minute of play. XL-Azrail Team's Nurkan Beycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save XL-Azrail Team from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 73rd minute of play forced XL-Azrail Team's goalkeeper Nurkan Beycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day was a little too slow when Wieland Wipp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-1. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. If Aietes Rigatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. USA were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after XL-Azrail Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jenson Smith took the corner. The corner led USA's Jenson Smith to fire away a dangerous shot which Nurkan Beycan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in USA's zone, Aietes Rigatos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Day came out of the goal and Aietes Rigatos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nurkan Beycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Baker in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nurkan Beycan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Marco Baker sped through XL-Azrail Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nurkan Beycan. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aietes Rigatos in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. USA had played much better football throughout.
