An unexpectedly hard shot by Jenson Smith in the 4th minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Gabriel Fanström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 minutes of play, USA's Jenson Smith made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Fanström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Cristi in the 8th minute of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Cristi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gabriel Fanström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cassius Byrne received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Fanström came out and tried to block the shot, but Cassius Byrne slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Gabriel Fanström in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Doffes Damer's Herbert Wincek got a free kick in the 33rd minute. USA were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Doffes Damer's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. Gabriel Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 44th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Gabriel Fanström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cassius Byrne. Cassius Byrne who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Fanström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldo Cristi was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Marco Day successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by USA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Herbert Wincek was slow to take the kick. During this time Doffes Damer's players had a chance to rest. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Utfal in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 60th minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Gabriel Fanström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Wincek kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Cassius Byrne who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doffes Damer's Gabriel Fanström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. In the 78th minute, Kaj Lund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. After a rather tough play, Doffes Damer's Kaj Lund got a free kick in the 80th minute. Gabriel Fanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Marco Baker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Baker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Fabian Brown hit a great ball. When Doffes Damer's Göran Vedholm in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 90th minute, Khalid Parry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Greg Barrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere.
