Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Stanislaw Ludwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bajbusy Fabian-a's Stanislaw Ludwa. Stanislaw Ludwa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play forced Bajbusy Fabian-a's goalkeeper Stanislaw Ludwa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stanislaw Ludwa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stanislaw Ludwa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mieszko Tworek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stanislaw Ludwa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanislaw Ludwa. Bajbusy Fabian-a's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wieslaw Balonek's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stanislaw Ludwa. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Felix Montenegro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 66 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stanislaw Ludwa. In the 69th minute, Luis Andino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 73rd minute, Ecuador's Luis Andino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Stanislaw Ludwa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After a defensive mix-up in Bajbusy Fabian-a's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stanislaw Ludwa came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stanislaw Ludwa. Stanislaw Ludwa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 95 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stanislaw Ludwa, 0-10. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
