Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the game, Philipp Van Kestbeek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 7th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celedonio Kemen in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute, Philipp Van Kestbeek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Klavertje Vier fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philipp Van Kestbeek, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joery Hylen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philipp Van Kestbeek scored 0-4 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Joery Hylen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Klavertje Vier fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Lelo Orihuela hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Bertrand Sielens in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the game, FC Klavertje Vier's Philipp Van Kestbeek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The corner ended in Iwan Marchefka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philipp Van Kestbeek in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Philipp Van Kestbeek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7.

The wind increased when Philipp Van Kestbeek made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Celedonio Kemen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 0-8. After 58 minutes, Aaron Alcocer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the FC Klavertje Vier players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Aaron Alcocer hit a great ball. FC Klavertje Vier made a substitution. Claude Montens replaced Joery Hylen. 68 minutes into the game, FC Klavertje Vier's Claude Montens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Philipp Van Kestbeek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-11. FC Klavertje Vier made a substitution. Pierre Gebuers replaced Iwan Marchefka. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Pierre Gebuers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Pierre Gebuers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Claude Montens tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Klavertje Vier's Claude Montens got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Montens in the 86th minute of the match. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celedonio Kemen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-13 in the 88 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Celedonio Kemen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Celedonio Kemen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The Costa Rica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Klavertje Vier were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
