One of -BZF- Viitorul Buzau:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Honduras:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iulian Nisipeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 10th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Iulian Nisipeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filip Valerian charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filip Valerian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, Filip Valerian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edmundo Espiga struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Iulian Nisipeanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Damian Vârnav hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iulian Nisipeanu. Iulian Nisipeanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iulian Nisipeanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filip Valerian hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iulian Nisipeanu was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iulian Nisipeanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iulian Nisipeanu came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Iulian Nisipeanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Espiga went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After having played for 44 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milagros Cabal's late challenge caught a -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Milagros Cabal helped the player get up and apologised. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The -BZF- Viitorul Buzau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Honduras were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filip Valerian to strike the kick off in the second half. Iulian Nisipeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Iulian Nisipeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Honduras's Sebastian Villa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iulian Nisipeanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Moise Robu made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dumitru Corbea. Iulian Nisipeanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iulian Nisipeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Tafalla in the 71st minute of the match. After 76 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 87 minutes, Sebastian Villa made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Iulian Nisipeanu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Iulian Nisipeanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Iulian Nisipeanu in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than -BZF- Viitorul Buzau.
