The goal made the score 1-0. Martin Cauteruccio succeeded in the game's 7th minute to get real power on a long shot . Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-0! Jan-Åke Beckeman kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Simon Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Lidmans short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Lidman in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Frösö IF's Ola Påk got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 35th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Simon Lidman had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 36 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Frösö IF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Frösö IF's Simon Lidman made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd match minute, Frösö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Cauteruccio to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Segarra in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Frösö IF's Michael Segarra got a free kick in the 54th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Lidman in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Lidman in the 58th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Mikaelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Michael Segarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Lidman came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, Frösö IF's Ola Påk got a free kick in the 69th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Segarra in the 71st minute of play. Guillermo Mariano's late challenge caught a Frösö IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Mariano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Richard Mikaelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Michael Segarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frösö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Michael Segarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Frösö IF getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Simon Lidman hit a great ball. When Michael Segarra came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Frösö IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Segarra couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Frösö IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
