The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dominik Pachucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Dominik Pachucki despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dominik Pachucki was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the match, KKS Legia Deptaka's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Dominik Pachucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milagros Fraga made a great header on Peru's corner, it was just that KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki managed to reach the ball for a save. Dominik Pachucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Dominik Pachucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 20th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dominik Pachucki. 23 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominik Pachucki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, Peru's Julian Murillo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominik Pachucki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Konrad Poling made in the 27th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Walery Dytrych however managed to control. After a rather tough play, KKS Legia Deptaka's Pawel Patora got a free kick in the 40th minute. Konrad Poling kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Eliseo Mina hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Anthony Alvarado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lech Pisarcik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Peru booed when KKS Legia Deptaka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walery Dytrych didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Luz Tejedor sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Pachucki skillfully saved the ball. The KKS Legia Deptaka players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 0-2.

If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Wojton, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 58 played minutes KKS Legia Deptaka got a freekick which was hit by Lech Pisarcik. 61 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Patora came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luz Tejedor couldn't finish the play. Dominik Pachucki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Antonio Tenorio took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dominik Pachucki. Dominik Pachucki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
