Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Arvid Uggla. AIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Agustín Saelices kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonard Kjellqvist. In the 13th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 17th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvid Uggla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arvid Uggla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 26th minute of play. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AIK's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the AIK defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arvid Uggla. The AIK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arvid Uggla should have stopped the shot. Hubert Vesterberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arvid Uggla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 35th minute of play forced AIK's goalkeeper Arvid Uggla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AIK's Arvid Uggla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Arvid Uggla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arvid Uggla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

With a little luck, AIK's Arvid Uggla got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Kimetz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Arvid Uggla. AIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Alfredo Kimetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arvid Uggla having to interfere. Felix Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in AIK's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arvid Uggla came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
