Fuat Mançellari took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 69th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qiao Si Chao. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiao Si Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
