Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Leal in the 21st minute of play. The wind increased when Raul Leal made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Leal in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivo Guterres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Nuno Bragança was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
