Wictor Morat did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Lautaro Navarro 6 minutes into the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when FC Higher was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bror Ek during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Harry Bäckström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when Wictor Morat sent off a good shot on target.
