Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Lautaro Navarro stood somewhat misplaced when Konstanty Dzierwa came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 3 minute. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. The long shot by Károly Selymes in the 6th minute really tested Lautaro Navarro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Kornél Hajdú made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 27th minute of play. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 28th minute. Kornél Hajdú showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga's late challenge caught a Szentgotthárd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Edmundo Espiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by József Sallói in the 34th minute. After 38 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ocampo. Bálint Benedek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kornél Hajdú breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bálint Battai. Szentgotthárd's József Sallói got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. József Sallói was the one to do the kick off. Emanuel Ocampo's late challenge caught a Szentgotthárd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Ocampo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Bálint Benedek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Bálint Benedek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when József Sallói came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Szentgotthárd's Konstanty Dzierwa. But to his dismay, Konstanty Dzierwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Villa during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sebastian Villa hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Szentgotthárd's Konstanty Dzierwa in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Szentgotthárd booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, József Sallói ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 7-0 became the score in the 69th minute when Zakariás Tótfalusi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When Valentín Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Valentín Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Szentgotthárd's Konstanty Dzierwa. But to his dismay, Konstanty Dzierwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by József Sallói in the 78th minute of play. When Szentgotthárd's József Sallói in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. After 86 minutes of play Honduras's Valentín Carvallo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 88 minutes of play, Szentgotthárd's József Sallói made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Sancho hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Szentgotthárd fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
