Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wictor Morat in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Honduras's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ludwig Holmberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 36 minutes of play, FC Higher's Wictor Morat made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmundo Espiga during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Edmundo Espiga hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Higher's goalkeeper Harry Bäckström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. Herman Lekberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The supporters of Honduras booed when FC Higher was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Edmundo Espigas short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Harry Bäckström to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Bäckström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Higher getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Bror Ek hit a great ball. After 68 played minutes FC Higher got a freekick which was hit by Wictor Morat. In the 71stth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Higher's Harry Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 81st minute, Edmundo Espiga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Higher's Harry Bäckström didn't even have to move. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Harry Bäckström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, FC Higher's Bror Ek got a free kick in the 89th minute. Max Hedkvist hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Honduras's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Higher had won, even though Honduras had held more of the ball.
