Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Maravilla's Godofredo Marin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Godofredo Marin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Godofredo Marin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Godofredo Marin really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cruz Credo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute Maravilla were awarded a corner. Paulus Van Poucke went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Paulus Van Poucke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 27 minutes of play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes into the match, Maravilla's Cruz Credo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maravilla's Vasco Gentil managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alex Chicote in the 37 minute of the game. Tomas Illescas struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Facundo Altamirano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Alex Chicote made in the 42nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jose Correa immediately put the ball in play. 45 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Facundo Altamirano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Credo in the 46th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Vasco Gentil got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute Paulus Van Poucke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Paulus Van Poucke almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After 59th play minutes Cruz Credo shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. 64 minutes into the match, Cruz Credo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cruz Credo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Facundo Altamirano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Roberto Mouzo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Primitivo Txanton hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Facundo Altamirano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Alex Chicote hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Maravilla had won after a very even match.
