Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Vänge IF's Bruno Giordani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauro Otsoa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 8th minute, Vänge IF's Mauro Otsoa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Bruno Giordani might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Giordani ran back to his position shaking his head. Lilo Stich got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ernani Vargas. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mauro Otsoa 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Giordani in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Vänge IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Ciriaco Hernando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Giordani came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela were furious when Rigoberto Mina was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! After 39 minutes Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant managed, with a little bit of luck, save Östen Olsson's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. The excitement rose when Vänge IF's Östen Olsson after 39 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Venezuela's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 5-1. Vänge IF's Ciriaco Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Otsoa came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vänge IF made a substitution. Zoltán Tálas replaced Rune Aspengren. Vänge IF's Markus Albäck was substituted for Mauro Otsoa. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Costa made a kick off. When Markus Albäck came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Vänge IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Albäck couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the match, Markus Albäck notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Markus Albäck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 68th minute of play forced Vänge IF's goalkeeper Ciriaco Hernando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vänge IF's Markus Albäck in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Zoltán Tálas made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Danilo Markel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bruno Giordani in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Giordani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the game, Vänge IF's Markus Albäck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. Markus Albäck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
