Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Man Tas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Arias Fabelo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sarmiento de Resistencia getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Grady Beckman hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes Luz Tejedor shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Tobias Elizardo when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. After 14 minutes of play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Henning Martinsson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Sarmiento de Resistencia's zone, Milagros Fraga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Elizardo came out of the goal and Milagros Fraga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 19 minutes, Milagros Fraga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milagros Fraga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Luz Tejedor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo did a great save. Tobias Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Mina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Julian Murillo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tobias Elizardo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sarmiento de Resistencia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Peru's Moises Gayoso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dante Oton made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tobias Elizardo to make any attempt to save it. 42 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Tobias Elizardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tobias Elizardo made a huge save. Tobias Elizardo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Julian Murillo could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Tobias Elizardo however easily saved by the left post.

Sarmiento de Resistencia made a substitution. Alex Herrero replaced Man Tas. Dante Oton made in the 59th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alex Herrero immediately put the ball in play. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 65th minute of play. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dante Oton in the 67 minute of the game. In the 71st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 73rd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Elizardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Elizardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Herrero got free with Rolando Noboa in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. Sarmiento de Resistencia made a substitution. Francis Sarmiento replaced Henning Martinsson. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. After a rather tough play, Peru's Anthony Alvarado got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
