Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Thananiti Cheewawipat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 6th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thananiti Cheewawipat. In the 8th minute of the match Les Bistouquettes Bleues got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tim Vranken ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bryan Creemers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Thananiti Cheewawipat tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Thananiti Cheewawipat reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 1-0. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Willem-Jan Hollanders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play. In the 31st minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Hollanders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Tim Vranken sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano suffered a concussion after 34 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tim Vranken during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venezuela's Guillermo Espina was substituted for Guillermo Mariano. Thananiti Cheewawipat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les Bistouquettes Bleues. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. In the 50th minute Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute, Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les Bistouquettes Bleues fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After 60 minutes of play, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Thananiti Cheewawipat made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Les Bistouquettes Bleues made a substitution. Arsene Van Hamme replaced Ryan De Werdt. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Georges Grün was substituted for Kenny Niewens. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tim Vranken in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dany-Adams Coeckelberghs in the 82nd minute of the match. Willem-Jan Hollanders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Thananiti Cheewawipat made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Thananiti Cheewawipat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Oihan De Toro came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Les Bistouquettes Bleues were the better team. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
