The crowd rose to their feet as Moises Fernandino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 许枫星. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, 毛海银 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 福建龙岩雄鹿队 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 蒋云耀 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. 韩常斌 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Abram Luque managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Luque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 许枫星 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Moises Fernandino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 许枫星 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 蒋云耀 in the 54th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 蒋云耀 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Fernandino to maneuver through the defense. 蒋云耀 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 冯坚希 during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 冯坚希 kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. 许枫星 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. After a defensive mix-up in 福建龙岩雄鹿队's zone, Abram Luque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 许枫星 came out of the goal and Abram Luque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 福建龙岩雄鹿队's 许枫星 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 77 minutes, 韩常斌 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 福建龙岩雄鹿队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 韩常斌 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Valentino Ferrant hit a great ball. 蒋云耀 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. 曲弘帆 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 福建龙岩雄鹿队's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
