Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Αστέρας's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. In the 5th match minute, Αστέρας was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenios Iordanis to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Iraklis Vazakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Iraklis Vazakos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iraklis Vazakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita scored 0-2 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iraklis Vazakos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iraklis Vazakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Αστέρας's Iraklis Vazakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 15th minute of play. Manos Karagiannopoulos hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Αστέρας's Iraklis Vazakos. Iraklis Vazakos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Αστέρας's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Iraklis Vazakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iraklis Vazakos didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ecuador's Felix Montenegro shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. With a little luck, Αστέρας's Iraklis Vazakos got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iraklis Vazakos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 58th minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iraklis Vazakos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iraklis Vazakos. Αστέρας's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iraklis Vazakos was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iraklis Vazakos having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iraklis Vazakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Luis Andino made in the 81st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cristian Sancho. In the 82nd minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Iraklis Vazakos. Αστέρας's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Iraklis Vazakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Αστέρας's Iraklis Vazakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Αστέρας from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iraklis Vazakos having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Αστέρας's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iraklis Vazakos came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugenios Iordanis hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iraklis Vazakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
