An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 11th minute of play forced ŠK Horelica's goalkeeper Gabriel Černoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Gabriel Černoch made a huge save. 17 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ibai Koldobika came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ŠK Horelica's Gabriel Černoch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save ŠK Horelica from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute Ondrej Poliovka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 53 minutes into the match, Ibai Koldobika had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ibai Koldobika was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Gabriel Černoch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 60th minute of the match. Gabriel Černoch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes of play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 67th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Černoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Ibai Koldobika scored to the left of an out of position Dante Lacasa, making the score, 4-3. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ŠK Horelica made a substitution. Qi Bing Zhi replaced Ondrej Poliovka. Filip Seman succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-4. In the 87th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Černoch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Černoch having to make a save. 89 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-4. Gabriel Černoch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mexico fans cheered their team off the field, for while ŠK Horelica had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
