Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. A.J. 杜义俊 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Dinaras Dackus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Ivan Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from Algitas Čiuzas in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Paulius Margelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Paulius Margelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Aleksotas FK booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Haedelt in the 40th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Haedelt in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. With 45 minutes on the clock, Emanuel Ocampo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Aleksotas FK. Hugo Haedelt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Haedelt made a kick off. If Dinaras Dackus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 53 minutes, Hugo Haedelt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aleksotas FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Haedelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute, Hugo Haedelt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Paulius Margelis in the 66 minute of the game. Algitas Čiuzas made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paulius Margelis however managed to control. If Dinaras Dackus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.J. 杜义俊 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Hugo Haedelt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dinaras Dackus hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without A.J. 杜义俊 having to interfere. Honduras's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
