In the 12th minute, Paulius Margelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinaras Dackus, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Vilmantas Norutis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilmantas Norutis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Haedelt in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Haedelt in the 22nd minute of the match. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Darijus Rudauskas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinaras Dackus in the 42nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Troy Kennedy during the 44th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Haedelt to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Hugo Haedelt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Barrett was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilmantas Norutis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Haedelt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Bruno Barrett when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hugo Haedelt did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Bruno Barrett 68 minutes into the match. Bruno Barrett was a little too slow when Vilmantas Norutis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-12. Vilmantas Norutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. If Dinaras Dackus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Troy Kennedy got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Troy Kennedy got a free kick in the 84th minute. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Haedelt in the 88th minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulius Margelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Aleksotas FK booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanley Wallace didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aleksotas FK played a much better game than Curacao and deserved their victory. The Curacao players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
